| Exchange Disseminated Time | Winsome Yarns Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at meeting held on March 17, 2011, has approved:
1. Offer Circular (OC) for issue of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) comprising the terms and conditions thereof.
2. Constitution of GDR Issue Committee of the Board to decide opening and closing of GDR issue, to decide the pricing of GDR in compliance with applicable guidelines, and to do all such acts, matters, things and deeds etc. as may be required.
3. Nomination of Shri Y. K. Barar, Circle Head of Punjab National Bank, Ludhiana as Nominee Director of the Company in place of Shri Gulshan Kumar Sawhney. |
