S. Industries (India) Ltd
has now informed BSE that Since current financial year will be ending on September 30, 2013 and Annual General Meeting of the Company is due be held on November 12, 2013, request was made to the ROC, Chennai, for extension of time for holding Annual General Meeting of the Company by three months i.e. upto February 12, 2014. The same has been approved by ROC. |
