Further, pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Insiders covered under "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading" of Brooks Laboratories limited would commence from November 04, 2016 to November 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) i.e. 48 hours after the results are made public on November 14, 2016. |
