    The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9th August, 2017 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 alongwith the Limited Review Report of the Auditors of the Company, M/s. T. P. Ostwal & Associates LLP, in respect of the said Results.
