| Exchange Received Time 08/02/2018 11:24:48 Exchange Disseminated Time 08/02/2018 11:24:55 Time Taken 00:00:07 | This is to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of TIL Limited ('the Company') as fixed on Friday, the 9th February, 2018 has been rescheduled and would now be held on Tuesday, the 13th February, 2018, inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended on 31st December, 2017. The revised date is within the permissible period of 45 days from the end of the third quarter as stipulated under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Guidelines.
Consequent to the above, the closure period of the trading window under the TIL Limited's Code of Conduct stands revised from 31st January, 2018 to 15th February, 2018 (both days inclusive).
