| Exchange Disseminated Time | Anik Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Suresh Chandra Shahra, Managing Director of the Company has been appointed by the Board as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2016 for remaining period of his tenure at the same remuneration that was being drawn by him in the capacity of Managing Director.
The appointment is subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
This appointment is made consequent to the resignation of Mr. Kailash Chandra Shahra from the post of Chairman and Director of the Company. |
