| Exchange Received Time 15/11/2017 13:39:05 Exchange Disseminated Time 15/11/2017 13:39:10 Time Taken 00:00:05 | This has come to our notice through the MCA notification on its official website pertaining to the disqualification of directors of companies who have defaulted in filling of financial results and annual report in the preceding three (3) financial years continuously. One of our director Shri Seemanto Roy, Director (DIN: 00183666) was found enlisted as Director in default u/s 164(2) of the Companies Act, 2013.
As this matter was of uttermost importance, it was placed in the Board meeting as one of the agenda item which was held on Monday, November 13, 2017 for discussion and necessary action as per the law of land. The board after several deliberations on the matter decided to recast (the board) by way of cessation of Shri Seemanto Roy from the position of Director with immediate effect i.e. November 13, 2017 and passed the necessary resolution for the same.
