| Exchange Disseminated Time | BLB Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, has considered and decided the following:
1. To voluntarily delist the securities of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Limited ("BSE"). However, the securities of the Company shall continue to be listed on other Stock Exchange(s) having nationwide trading terminals viz. National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
2. About the merger and amalgamation of Manu Properties Pvt. Ltd. with the Company.
