| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Dil Ltd has informed BSE that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and the Company’s Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, it is hereby notified that "Trading Window (period for trading in Company’s securities) shall be closed from May 17, 2014, till expiry of 24 hours from the close of business hours on the date of the ensuing Board Meeting to be held on or before May 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) inter alia for approval of the audited financial statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014 alongwith audited financial results for the fourth quarter (which shall be balancing figure) and recommendation of final dividend, if any for the said financial year, During the closure of Trading Window, all Directors and Designated Employees shall not trade or deal or enter into any transaction involving sale or purchase of the Company’s Equity Shares, either in their own name or in the name of their dependent relatives." |
