| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mawana Sugars Ltd has informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies (ROC), NCT of Delhi & Haryana has granted permission vide letter dated April 10, 2012, allowing the extension of financial year of the Company by 6 months to end on September 30, 2012 instead of March 31, 2012.
Therefore, the current financial year of the Company shall be of 18 months from April 01, 2011 to September 30, 2012.
Thereafter, the financial year of the Company shall be from 1st October to 30th September every year. |
