| Exchange Disseminated Time | TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, inter alia:
1. To consider, approve and take on record unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
2. To fix time, date, place and the business to be transacted at the 15th Annual General Meeting.
3. To approve the Draft Notice convening 15th Annual General Meeting and to fix, the dates for closure of Register of Members.
Further, Pursuant to Clause 36 of Listing Agreement and as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading [framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992], the Trading Window for dealing/ trading in shares of the Company will remain closed from August 04, 2014 and will reopen after the 24 hours of the publication of aforesaid financial results.
All the designed directors and employees and were advised not to deal in the shares and securities of the Company during this period. |
