Further, In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 7 of Hubtown Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from September 03, 2016 to September 15, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will reopen on September 16, 2016.
