| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sandesh Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 20, 2007, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adopted the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2007 and the Profit and loss Account for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 together with Directors' Report and the Auditors' Report thereon.
2. Declared dividend @ 25% on Equity Shares of the Company i.e. Rs 2.50 per equity share.
3. Passed all the Business mentioned in the Notice of 64th Annual General Meeting. |
