| Exchange Disseminated Time | TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Senior officials, noted that an application had been filed by the Company on February 16, 2015 with Ministry of information and Broadcasting (MIB), Government of India for seeking its approval to sell the FM Radio Business (Seven Radio Stations) to Entertainment Network (India) Limited.
The Committee further noted that in relation to the proposed sale of seven radio stations to Entertainment Network (India) Limited, since time is of essence & with MIB refusing to give its consent on the aforesaid subject vide their letter dated May 01, 2015, hence in order to expedite the matter, another urgent writ petition in the High Court was filed which was listed for hearing, to seek necessary relief. |
