| Exchange Received Time 03/08/2017 17:37:16 Exchange Disseminated Time 03/08/2017 17:37:22 Time Taken 00:00:06 | With reference to the captioned subject matter, we wish to inform that, the Bonus Committee at its meeting held today, i.e. 3rd August, 2017, has allotted 1,50,00,000 bonus equity shares of Rs.5/- each in the ratio 1:1 to those shareholders whose names have appeared in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners as on the closing hours of 2nd August, 2017 being the record date for this purpose. The said Bonus shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all respects except that they shall not be entitled to the final equity dividend in respect of financial year ending March 31, 2017.
Consequent to the bonus issue, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 15,00,00,000/- consisting of 3,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs.5/- each fully paid up.
