"With reference to the Announcement made on February 16, 2016 wherein the Company has informed about the decision for removal of the name of Late Dr. Raunaq Singh from the List of Promoters/Promoter Group of the Company.
In this regard, subsequently the Company observed that the Company required to fulfill conditions and requirements under Clause 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. After assessing such compliances, the Company as of now decided not to make any change in the promoter/ promoter group and a status quo to be maintained in the same. Accordingly the matter will be placed in the ensuing Board Meeting to get the Board resolution dated January 29, 2016 modified to maintain status quo in the Promoter and Promoter Group and to nullify the previous announcement made on February 16, 2016.
Accordingly the name of Late Dr. Raunaq Singh continue to remain in the Promoter and Promoter Group till any further announcement have been made." |
