| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ind Swift Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2005, has allotted 8,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each upon conversion of 1,60,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants as per the following details :
1. 5,35,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each allotted to Promoters upon conversion of 1,07,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants.
2. 2,65,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each allotted to outside Bodies Corporate upon conversion of 53,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants.
Further the Company informed that the Board has also approved an issue of upto US $ 30 millions, FCCB / GDR / Convertible Securities Issue. The Board has convened the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on August 17, 2005. |
