| Exchange Disseminated Time | Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that the following has been appointed as directors of the Company with effect from June 01, 2011.
i. Shri P. K. Bishnoi, CMD, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL) nominated as the Ex-officio Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
ii. Shri U. P. Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Steel nominated as Govt. nominee Director on the Board of the Company.
iii. Shri Umesh Chandra, Director (Operations) RINL nominated as an Ex-officio Non- Executive Director on the Board of the Company.
Further the following director of the Company has been ceased with effect from June 01, 2011 on the Board of OMDC.
