1. Declaration of Final Dividend of Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share of Rs. 5/- each for the Financial Year 2015-16.
2. Appointment of Mr D.K. Himatsingka, as Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from May 21, 2016 consequent to change in designation from Managing Director to Chairman
3. Appointment of Mr. Shrikant Himatsingka as Managing Director & CEO of the Company with effect from May 21, 2016 consequent to change in designation from Executive Director & CEO to Managing Director & CEO.
4. Appointment of Mr. Vasudevan V as Executive Director - Manufacturing Operations (Group) of the Company with effect from May 21, 2016. He was the President - Manufacturing Operations (Group).
5. Appointment of Ms. Sangeeta Kulkami as Independent Director of the Company with effect from May 21, 2016. She is currently on the Board of Brickwork India Pvt. Ltd, Brickwork Ratings India Pvt. Ltd, Brickwork Health Services Pvt. Ltd and B2k Services Pvt. Ltd.
6. Resignation of Ms. Jayshree Poddar as Executive Director of the Company. She continues to be associated with the Company as its Head of Design.
7. Resignation of Mr. A.K. Himatsingka as Non Executive Director of the Company.
8. Resignation of Mr. Dilip J Thakkar as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Company. |
