| Exchange Disseminated Time 31/05/2016 12:56:11 | Alps Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Delisting of Equity shares of the Company from the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) only, under Regulation 6 & 7 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009. These shares will continue to be listed at National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE).
2. Notice convening the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. Taken on record the withdrawal of Mr. M. L. Sharma Special Director by BIFR due to withdrawal of nomination by BIFR.
4. Draft of Directors Report for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and as on date.
5. Recommendation for confirmation for Reappointment of Statutory auditors. |
