| Exchange Disseminated Time | Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provisions of the "'OMAX Autos" Code of Internal Procedure & Conduct" under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, "Trading Window" shall remain closed from January 21, 2015 to January 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) due to proposed Board Meeting scheduled on January 23, 2015 for consideration & approval of the Un-audited quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
During the above-mentioned period, all senior / designated employees Including consultants, Auditors and RTA of OMAX Autos Ltd have been advised not to be involved in any transaction of purchase or sale of the Company's Securities. |
