This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on June 28, 2017, has resolved to offer and issue Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs. 300 Crores, on a Private Placement basis and delegated the responsibility of allotment of NCDs and completing the formalities only for allotment of NCDs, to the Committee of Directors - Financial Resources.
The disclosure as per Regulation 30 read with Schedule III PART A (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is enclosed as Annexure I.
