| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Future Retail Ltd has informed BSE that the issue of equity shares (the “Equity Shares”) and equity shares of class b (series 1) (the “Class B Shares”) of the Company, by way of a rights issue, to the existing holders of Equity Shares and Class B Shares, as the case may be, of the Company on the Record Date for an amount aggregating up to 1,600 crore in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended and other applicable laws (the “Issue”). As approved by the Committee in its meeting held on December 23, 2014, the Issue, which opened on January 15, 2015 and has closed January 29, 2015. |
