| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shriram EPC Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 18, 2015, to consider and approve the following:
1. Conversion of the Working Capital Term Loan of the CDR Lenders into equity shares of the Company, CDR Lenders refers to the lenders of the Company whose loans are restructured under the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) package;
2. Promoter infusion of equity capital on preferential basis;
3. Increase of Authorised Share Capital and consequent amendments to the memorandum of association and articles of association of the Company. |
