| Exchange Disseminated Time | Polytex India Ltd has informed BSE that, as required under Regulation 8 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has formulated a Code of Practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information and the same has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company through circular resolutions passed on May 15, 2015.
The Company has also formulated Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and other connected persons as required under Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 and the same has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company through circular resolutions passed on May 15, 2015. |
