1. To take on record the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2016, along with the Limited Review Report of the auditor's of the Company.
2. To take on record the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Member’s of the Company held on September 29, 2016 at the registered office of the Company.
3. To confirm the donation of Rs. 4,50,000/- to a trust.
4. To Confirm that the Trading windows for dealing with securities of the Company will remain closed from October 27, 2016 to November 01, 2016 or till 24 Hours after the announcement of the un-audited financial results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). Accordingly all officers and designated employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. |
