- Recommended the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants FRN-117366 W/W-100018 as Statutory Auditors of the Company in place of S R B C & CO LIP who has expressed their unwillingness to continue as Statutory Auditors. Though strictly the appointment of new Statutory Auditor will take effect only after the approval of shareholder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
