The Board of Directors in above meeting also fixed March 17, 2017 as the Record Date to ascertain the list of members entitled to receive the interim dividend declared by the Board of Directors. Further, the interim dividend shall be paid to the shareholders entitled thereto, on and from March 21, 2017. The interim dividend cheques will be posted on or after March 21, 2017 and within 30 days from the date of declaration of the interim dividend as provided in the Companies Act, 2013. |
