| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has informed BSE about the following:
1. The Company executed a contract on November 05, 2008 with Egyptian National Railways (ENR), Egypt for supply and development of 136 Level Crossings for Egyptian National Railways. The value of the contract including local supplies is about 17.50 Million US Dollars. The Company commencing the execution of the contract duiing the month November, 2008.
The Egyptian Railways further negotiating for development of additional 174 Level Crossing Railway gates for Egyptian National Railways, Egypt. With Kernex which is likes to closed by Jan, 2009 value is approximately 22 million US Dollars.
2. The implementation of ACD Networking System to cover the entire Indian Railway Network has been approved by the Indian Railways and commencement of implementation of Project for three Railway zones i.e., Southern, South Central and South Western Railways will start Soon. |
