1. Mr. Ashok Kajaria has been re-appointed as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. April 01, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting.
2. Mr. B.K.Sinha has been re-appointed as the Director- Technical of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. April 01, 2016, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting. |
