Further, Pursuant to this, the Company had decided to close its trading window for insiders covered under “Gabriel Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading”- The said trading window closure commenced from December 31, 2014 and will end 24 hours after the results are made public on January 30, 2015. |
