| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vardhman Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2014, inter alia, recommended a dividend of Rs. 6/- per share on fully paid up equity shares of the Company. In addition thereto, the Board has also recommended a special dividend of Rs. 5/- per share on fully paid up equity shares of the Company on occasion of Golden Jubilee Year of commencement of operations of the Group.
The dividend shall be paid tentatively by the end of September, 2014. |
