| Exchange Disseminated Time | Amrutanjan Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot have passed the Special Resolutions, with requisite majority:
1. Passing of Special Resolution for alteration of Article 55A of the Articles of Association of the Company by deleting the existing Article 55A and substituting the new Article 55A in its place under the Heading "Buy-back of Shares or other specified Securities".
2. Passing of Special Resolution for Buy-back of Equity Shares of the Company of face value of Rs 10/- each from the existing shareholders, at a price not exceeding Rs 450/- per equity share and for an amount not exceeding 25% of the paid-up equity capital and free reserves of the Company as on March 31, 2008, by the methodology of Open Market purchase through the Stock Exchange(s). |
