1. Approved the Preliminary Placement Document (PPD) for issue of equity shares under the Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) for which issue is opened.
2. Authorised the Committee of Directors for closing of the issue.
3. Issuing the notice of postal ballot and evoting to members of the Company for approving the Scheme of Amalgamation of Natco Organics Limited (A wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) into the Company and related matters. |
