| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mrs. Sasikala Raghupathy (the "Seller"), being a constituent of the promoter group of BGR Energy Systems Ltd has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for sale an aggregate of 21,75,364 equity shares of Rs. 10 each (such equity shares referred to as the (“Sale Shares”) representing ~ 3.02% of the equity share capital of the Company as on March 31, 2013 exclusively through the Seller’s brokers provided by the BSE Ltd & NSE Ltd (the stock exchanges) for this purpose (such sale referred to hereinafter as the "Sale").
The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on July 05, 2013 at 9.15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3.30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date"). |
