| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kanani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's new factory located in Special Economic Zone at Surat in the State of Gujarat. Further, the Company expects to commission the said factory before its schedule.
During the quarter, the civil work with respect to the Company's new factory at Surat Special Economic Zone reached completion stage. Further the Company imported Plant and Machinery and expects to complete installation of the same and start production approximately within two months. The said new factory will employ high technology processes for carrying out production of its products along with in house Research and Development Department for maintaining quality control on its production process.
Commenting on the project progress Mr. Premjibhai D Kanani, Chairman of Kanani Industries Ltd said "I am pleased with the remarkable progress achieved by Kanani Industries Ltd so far and the team's preparedness for completing the construction of the factory before its schedule. The Company is well on our way to create a new benchmark for project implementation in the Jewellery sector. This will impact positively on profitability of the Company." |
