| Exchange Disseminated Time | Super Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2006, has approved the following:
1. Mr L G Ramamurthi has relinquished his position as Executive Chairman and continuing as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company effective from December 31, 2005.
2. Mr Sumanth Ramamurthi has relinquished his position as Vice-Chairman and continuing as Managing Director of the Company effective from December 31, 2005 with the same terms and conditions contained in the Annual general Meeting held on July 24, 2002. |
