| Exchange Disseminated Time | Nila Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2014, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2013.
In this regard, it is further submitted that in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for Directors and Designated Employees, from February 05, 2014 to February 15, 2014 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window shall reopen from February 16, 2014. |
