| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/11/2016 17:55:03 | Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, amongst other business, the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results and Segment-wise Financial Report of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from November 05, 2016 to November 14, 2016 (both days inclusive).
