| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to the special resolution passed by the members of the Company at its 12th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2010, the Compensation Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2010 has approved the GSPL-Employee Stock Option Plan - 2010. Further the committee has also granted 21,28,925 options (out of 62,40,000 options available) under GSPL-Employee Stock Option Plan -2010 giving right to option grantees to subscribe to the extent of 21,28,925 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company in accordance with the vesting conditions and further at the price as determined in accordance with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999. |
