1. The Register of Members and share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday 13thSeptember 2017 to Tuesday 19thSeptember 2017 (both days inclusive) for determining the names of members eligible for dividend on Equity Shares, if declared at the AGM.

2. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on 29thMay 2017 has recommended a final dividend @5% (Re. 0.05 per equity share) on the paid-up share capital of the Company for the financial year 2016-17. The final dividend on Equity Shares as recommended by the Board of Directors and subject to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, if declared at the AGM, will be paid to the members of the Company who are holding the Equity Shares of the Company as on 12th September 2017, i.e., the Record date fixed for the payment of dividend.
