| Exchange Disseminated Time 04/05/2016 13:05:16 | Kothari Products Ltd has informed BSE that as per the "Insider Trading Code" of the Company and in view of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on May 20, 2016 for approving the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended on March 31, 2016, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, designated employees of the Company and their immediate relatives and connected persons from May 05, 2016 to May 23, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
All the aforesaid designated Directors, Employees and other persons have been advised not to deal in the shares of the Company during aforesaid period. The aforesaid window shall reopen from May 24, 2016. |
