| Exchange Disseminated Time | Castrol India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Amish Mehta, Director-Finance of the Company has with effect from November 15, 2010 resigned from the services of the Company.
At the Board Meeting held on October 12, 2010, Mr. Sujit Vaidya has been appointed with effect from October 12, 2010 as an Additional Director of the Company. At the said Board Meeting it was also decided to appoint with effect from November 16, 2010, Mr. Vaidya as a Whole-time Director of the Company designated as Director-Finance. |
