| Exchange Disseminated Time | Vardhman Spinning & General Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve the Special Resolution, by way of Postal Ballot, for alteration in Clause III - Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by deleting the existing Sub-clauses (1) to (6) related to the textile business and inserting the Sub-clause(1).
The Company has appointed Shri Harjeet Arora, Managing Director of Master Trust Ltd & Master Capital Services Ltd as Scrutinizer for the purpose of Postal Ballot exercise.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the Company not later than the close of working hours on March 24, 2006. The result of the Postal Ballot shall be announced by the Chairman, or in his absence by any other person, so authorised by the Chairman on March 25, 2006. |
