| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bajaj Hindusthan Ltd has informed BSE that, by an Order made on the May 11, 2012 in the Company Summons for Direction, the High Court of Judicature at Bombay has directed that, separate meetings of (i) Equity Shareholders, (ii) Secured Creditors & (iii) Unsecured Creditors of the Applicant Company will be held on June 16, 2012, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Amalgamation of Bajaj Eco-Tec Products Limited with Bajaj Hindusthan Limited.
The Company has also submitted to BSE a copy of newspapers cuttings for the above referred Meetings. |
