| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the direction of Gujarat High Court, adjourned meetings of the Secured Creditors with First Charge or Class 'A' Creditors and the Secured Creditors with Second Charge or Class 'B' Creditors were held on April 06, 2005. In the said meetings the resolution for approval of the Scheme of Compromise & Arrangement between the Company and its Creditors together with the modification proposed by the Creditors was put to vote and the results thereof will be submitted to the High Court of Gujarat, by Mr. R S Patel, the Chairman appointed for the said meetings by the Hon'ble Court of Gujarat. |
