- Special Resolution under Section 372A of the Companies Act, 1956, for authorizing the Board of Directors to make investments, extend guarantee, provide security, make inter-corporate loans/deposits.
The duly completed Postal Ballot form should reach the scrutinizer not later than the closing of the working hours on July 07, 2012.
