| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/06/2016 13:06:07 | With reference to the earlier letter dated May 30, 2016 about the Board Meeting re-scheduled to be held on June 13, 2016 to consider Inter-alia, the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for Fourth Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016, Hubtown Ltd has now informed BSE that due to unavoidable circumstances, the said Board Meeting has been further rescheduled to be held on June 20, 2016.
In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Clause 7 of Hubtown Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain dosed from June 13, 2016 to June 22, 2016 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will re-open on June 23, 2016. |
