FAG Bearings India Ltd has now informed BSE that the certified copies of the Order of High Court of Judicature at Bombay sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of FAG Roller Bearings Private Limited with FAG Bearings India Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors, have been filed with Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra on November 10, 2015 and accordingly, the Scheme has become effective from November 10, 2015. |
