"Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with Para A Part A of Schedule III to the said Listing Regulations, it is hereby informed that we, SOMANY CERAMICS LIMITED, have sold our entire shareholding of 200,000 (Two Lakh) equity shares of Rs. 4/- each, constituting 6.33% of the total paid up equity shares in SCHABLONA INDIA LIMITED (referred to as the Target Company) on September 22, 2016, through BSE Limited, where the shares of the Target Company continued to be listed, under the Scrip Code No. 507894, pursuant to inter-se transfer of shares amongst Promoters, in terms of Regulation 10 (l)(a) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011." |
